The use of modern twin-srew extruders allows
us to process all engineering polymers into high-quality compounds.
Gravimetric feeders, water slides and underwater pelleting
facilities for the processing and recycling of engineering
resins guarantee our quality standards. Our research, development
and colouring laboratories ensure reproducible quality on
all compounding lines.
For the production of our standard-compounds and custom-compounds
we only use high quality raw materials in in our manufacturing
plants in Austria and Switzerland.
Incoming and outgoing inspections of raw materials
and colourformulations are performed in our in-house testing
laboratories. Our laboratory equipment includes a spectrophotometer
with integrated colour formula software and alaboratory extruder
for production of small quantities and initial samples of
compounds, as well as injection moulding machines for production
of colour chips and test bars.
This guarantees fast and flexible colouring, as well as continuous
monitoring and documentation of product characteristics. Colorimetry
protocols and reserve samples are kept to ensure consistent
quality and reproducibility.
To evaluate the UV-resistance of our materials we offer Xenon
weathering tests.
