 SAX Polymers’ quality recovered plastics and re-granulates undergo the same process as new materials. Screen changers in our state-of-the-art twin-screw extruders guarantee the high quality of the recycled material by separating out physical solids like copper, aluminium and wood from the recycled material. Subsequent purification ensures consistent processing characteristics for the entire batch. We are equipped with mixer silos with 3, 5, 12 and 63 cubic metre capacities including a dryer with heating capacity up to 140° C. Each batch is tested and delivered together with a factory test certificate.
 Our modern packaging facilities fill resins into sacks, octabins, bigbags and silos. With a filling capacity of up to 10 tonnes per hour, even large quantities can be handled in a short space of time. The packaging containers are weighed and labelled automatically and sacks can be printed if required, for example, with your company logo. We also offer repackaging of pre-packed material into any other requested container.
Our shredders downsize machine purgings, sprues and start-up scrap, regardless of shape and size. Coarse iron particles are separated out by a magnetic-plate metal detector on the belt. Grinders process this pre-shredded material into granules of the desired size, which are then removed of dust and passed through an all-metal separator to ensure purity of the end product. Our ground materials are available with any packaging option.
